SUTTON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL!!<br><br>The building is so run down! There are only two elevators and one has been out for over two weeks. They don't clean the building at all, there is dog urine, dog hair and trash everywhere, even saw a rat!! The building manager S. Sutton only shows his face maybe 3x a month and has no clue what he's doing. Many of the tenants are complaining. They should hire the proper team to manage the building effectively but they're too CHEAP and just want to collect our rent. It's awful, can't wait to move.<br><br>Don't get your Sutton family members to write positive reviews on this terribly run building.

New management is good. Safe building with some amenities, and spacious units. Pretty good location in Hackensack next to transportation to NYC and major highways.
