  I can't say enough good things about Luis! He's been our maintenance guy for years, and he is truly one of the best we've ever had. He's respectful, quick to respond, and always on top of every issue. His communication is fantastic--he answers every question I have and really shows care. When I was transferring from one unit to another, it was a huge headache for me, but he made the entire process easy. He answered all my concerns, and he ensured the new unit was spotless--from a fresh paint job to being incredibly clean. He really made me feel confident and happy about my move. I hope he stays with us forever--he's a real gem in this team."

  Enjah from maintenance was super helpful and knowledgeable on what needed to be fixed around our apartment. We had just moved in and noticed a few things that needed to be looked at and he resolved everything within that day. Thank you so much!

  <br><br>LU is seriously the BEST! He is always so quick to respond, gets things taken care of so fast, and does an absolutely amazing job every single time. You can tell he really takes pride in his work. Everything is always fixed properly, and he leaves everything super clean and neat when he's finished. I truly appreciate how reliable, professional, and hardworking he is. Thank you, LU, for always going above and beyond! You're definitely the best maintenance guy!
