  Came to this apartment with my wife when the apartment was first built; we lived here for 4 years and nothing much to complain about. It is a pet-friendly apartment that has a nice gym, lobby, and a renovated rooftop that we just saw before we left the apartment. Daniel was helpful throughout the ending process and always promptly answered to the emails. Raul and the staff were also accomodating, and helped us whenever we needed them. Thank you for the wonderful 4 years

  I had to relocate to another state, but I was surprised by the management. They returned my full deposit without any issues.<br>The studio-type room was really spacious and clean. They have a gym equipped with a Peloton bike and treadmill, providing excellent fitness amenities.<br><br>I must mention Yesenia, who was super helpful and kind throughout the entire process. It's evident why she receives so many positive comments from people. Her assistance made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free.<br><br>We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to others!

  I moved to 22 Sussex when it first opened and was there for 3.5 years. It felt like home when i first moved in and i was sad to leave. Even though it's a newer building, they upgraded the gym equipment and expanded the roof. Each member of the staff is kind and accommodating. Daniel was very helpful during the move out process and made a stressful experience easier.

  My client is living here and we had a very great experience working with Daniel. It's very clear to me he puts a lot of thought and care into every aspect of the building and he really wants to make the experience for all the tenants to be a good one. He is very easy to work with and I have no doubt in my mind he would be very attentive and helpful to any of his tenants.

  The lack of consideration for tenants is so annoying .The constant drilling and construction noise makes it so difficult to focus on work and forget sleeping past 8 because work on the building can start even that early. The workers just leave out their supplies and planks all around and I've even hurt myself on planks just sticking out into the street. The power also tends to go out on what feels like every other week and it's super annoying to the point that i've stopped correcting the stove clock because it's just gonna happen again. The units are tiny for what theyre charging and you pay a yearly fee for the gym . Ridiculous.<br>I'm leaving a 2 star review only because the on site staff is kind and helpful .

  Lived here with my family from 2022-23. Apartments are clean, spacious & family-friendly. Daniel, EZ & Raul are very responsive on emails and maintenance jobs are quickly resolved. Easy walk to the main street with lots of shops and cafes. We moved out since we were looking to move to an apartment with lower rent. Definitely recommend them.
