  I have lived at 210 Main for almost 5 years. I love the neighborhood and the building. The problem is with management and owner.<br>There have been several management companies rotating through this building and services are continuously taken away and facility common areas not maintained.<br>The concierge service was discontinued and among other things, packages are all over the place including outside.<br>We are paying amenities fees, our main amenity being the gym, yet there has been no heat in the gym for the past almost 6 weeks. Its ice cold there due to many windows. We are told by management that they are waiting on approval from owner to fix the heat in the gym. I have also noticed that there is no heat in the lobby or the management office.<br>We do not have individual water meters, so its a common bill divided among tenants.Over for the last several months my fees for water have been increasing EVERY MONTH I have had a 125% increase in water bill for the last 6 months and the
