  I had a wonderful experience with the application and leasing process. The application was easy and straightforward, and Chavelly and Edgestone were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. I also want to thank the front desk team for always being so helpful and accommodating. I'm very happy to be a part of this community and look forward to calling this beautiful building home!

  I truly appreciate how attentive maintenance is and the positive energy from the concierge. Positive attitudes and always willing to help with anything from packages to entry/controlling access! Always feels amazing to be in this environment because of the welcoming attitude from the concierge!

  From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with The Walcott and our apartment. Edgestone Rivera, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the very first moment. His kindness and professionalism made the entire experience even better.<br><br>Chavelly has also been amazing--always present, helpful, and available to answer any questions we've had along the way. The building feels exclusive, beautiful, and truly special.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with our new home and the experience we've had so far. Thank you for making Apartment 340 feel like home from day one!

  My experience living at The Walcott has been mixed.<br><br>On the positive side, I really enjoy my apartment and the amenities. The building is well maintained, clean, and offers great features for residents. The maintenance team has always been professional, respectful, and responsive, and they do an excellent job keeping the property clean and running smoothly. I have also had positive interactions with the assistant manager, who has been professional and respectful.<br><br>Unfortunately, my experience with the current property manager has been very different. Since he joined the property, I have felt uncomfortable during several interactions. There have been multiple occasions where I felt closely watched or monitored while using common areas of the building, including the mailroom. The manager's demeanor toward me has often felt cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming.<br><br>As a Black resident, these interactions have left me feeling singled out and have led me to question whether I am

  I've been at The Walcott for a year now and it's been a great experience! The building is well maintained, staff and maintenance are always friendly and helpful, and neighbors are generally friendly. Overall, we're happy to be here :)
