  The move in process was smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and newly renovated. Esmeralda was so helpful! She was so informative and knowledgeable about the location and everything around us. Esmeralda is very professional and will take care of all your needs. Such a gem! Speaking of the location it's literally the best it's next to everything 5 min drive to Walmart super center and Costco a nice shopping center right across the street. Everything in walking distance. The original apt we wanted was taken (cause we waited a day too late) lol but Esmeralda called us with an even better unit. You really can't be the price.

  When I moved here, I was impressed with how close everything seemed and the fact that everything we needed seemed to be right in our area. Three and 1/2 years in and I have grown to absolutely hate this place. They forced everybody to take all decorations off of their doors and all floor mats have to be inside. If you don't follow that rule, you can pick up your belongings in their office because they will confiscate them. This takes away from all individuality and makes it basically just look like a jail inside. The gray, unsaturated, corporate colors that shine on the inside make it feel like I am in an office before I reach my personal apartment. The walls are so thin that I've heard after hour "sessions" from every direction at least once. And if you're one for ridiculously large rent hikes every year, then you found the right spot. I don't know how many breaks they decide to give their work staff either but pretty much any hour you call the office at, you may or may not get an ans

  Just moved in a few days ago & I must admit, the process has been stress free.<br>My girlfriend and I got the approval to lease the apartment within less than 24 hours and its a beautiful/refurbished space.<br>Specifically Esmeralda has gone above & beyond to make this process smooth as butter.<br>She responds to any requests you have immediately and she is very knowledgeable with the layout of the apartments.<br>She made this whole process a joyful one!
