  Dear Tom Davidson,<br><br>I have lived in this building for quite some time and know the individual you referenced personally. I am deeply offended by your comment. He is one of the kindest people I have met, and it is disgraceful to make such a serious allegation against him.<br><br>If you have a genuine concern, step up and address it directly or report it through the proper channels. Do not leverage social media or hide behind a claim of "helping others" to spread misinformation and create panic where none exists.<br><br>Everyone in this building knows me, and I am fully open to discussing this with you directly. Please take your comment down. What you are doing is wrong, defamatory, and harms the reputation of our entire community. We live in the same building and should be supporting one another. While legitimate issues should always be addressed, target-harassment on public platforms is not the way to do it.

  DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.<br><br>The rules are enforced like it's 1940s Germany. You so much a sneeze the wrong way you're getting a phone call or a pathetic email.<br><br>Parking lot is a literal war-zone and it's the size of a squirrel. Don't plan on having any friends over. They'll be getting towed.

  I've lived at The Ivanhoe for many years, and the decline under current management has been drastic.<br>Let's be very clear, the issue isn't the building itself, it's how it's being run. Previous management treated this like a community. The current management treats it like a revenue machine.<br>Instead of addressing real issues that affect quality of life (like unreliable elevators, ongoing maintenance problems, or building upkeep), management seems overly focused on things like policing the guest parking lot and towing cars. It feels excessive and, frankly, opportunistic, as if the priority is generating extra revenue rather than taking care of the people who live here.<br>Then there's the $35 charge if you don't pick up a package within three days. People have jobs, travel, and lives outside of this building, yet instead of showing any flexibility, management penalizes residents. And to avoid that fee, residents are essentially expected to notify management when they're not home or

  i'm genuinely interested in renting an apartment however their phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to their emails
