  The best part of the apartment is its location near Park avenue on Rutherford. We lived here for 2 years total, the first year was overall 4/5 - the main negative was that it was loud near the train station. The second year we moved away from the train part however we noticed that the management had gone way done and the building was getting worse. So many maintenance issues at the new apartment, old fridge and equipment. 2/5 living experience then - also, due to renovations in the apartment for 4 months, the packages kept being misplaced and it was very disorganized. When we tried to renew the lease, the management team told us we should do it online rather than in person. We went online and the cost went up by $600 to $4200 per month which is ridiculously expensive. Later they told us it was a mistake - hence why we try to do things in person. We ended up finding a new place for the same price as we were paying in Rutherford, but the amenities we have now are incomparably better and

  We've lived here for almost six years and love the building. It's a great place to live! The location benefits from being directly across from the train station and bus stop, making commuting a breeze. You can walk out the door and enjoy access to all the great restaurants and cafes on Park Avenue that are steps from the building. It's also close to several major roadways (Route 17, 3, 21, GSP, and NJ Turnpike). The apartments are spacious and well-designed. The staff is excellent- shout to Kaitlyn, Christina, and Robert for everything you do! There's a great sense of community within the building and fun events/activities for residents.

  This is a wonderful place to live- the building is kept in great shape, the staff are wonderful, and the location is excellent for bus or train commuting.

  I do visit the building often. I can tell you that the building is impeccable. It's clean organized. The staff is friendly. Such a lovely community
