The biggest issue I have is the maintenance. You're only going to see them for major issues like plumbing. For issues like broken doors, faulty smoke alarms, internet/cable. You will put in a work order and never hear from them. Your gonna pay an arm, And a leg and need, To pay someone to come and fix whatever you need. You would be lucky if maintenance even answers the door. Our disherwasher was malfunctioning. Maintenance came and took a look and left and didn't say a word. After a week he was like you need a new one over text. A week later we see a random dishwasher outside the maintenance door sitting there for a days. Sure enough maintenance is wheeling our dishwasher that's been sitting outside for days in. If you pass by 160 toward the street not the highway you will always see people stuff sitting outside the maintenance door. We pay $3600 for this kinda service and I really just can't wait to move.
