  I lived at The Parker in Rutherford for more than a year and had a genuinely great experience. The building is well-maintained, the apartments are modern and comfortable, and the location can't be beat -- close to everything but still quiet and residential.<br><br>What really sets The Parker apart, though, is the team. Elaine, Sydney, and Tara from the management office have always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring -- they made every interaction easy and pleasant. And Mayron, the superintendent, and his maintenance team are fantastic -- always quick to help, friendly, and takes real pride in keeping the property in top shape.<br><br>I'm only moving out because of a job relocation, but I'd absolutely recommend The Parker to anyone looking for a great home in the area.

  To begin - I can be pretty particular about a lot of things, especially when I am paying for them. I lived at The Parker for a little over a year, and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The building is beautiful, kept spotless, and is in an IDEAL location in Rutherford. Tara and her team were so friendly and easy to work with, I would recommend to anyone who is looking to look no further. This is easily one of the best managed properties around. The tenants in the building are all friendly, the apartments are quiet and new , Ill miss my time at The Parker!

  This is my second stay at the Parker, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The Parker continues to be the standard for how luxury buildings should operate. Always clean , fresh and in the best location in Rutherford, you wont find better. New amenities are really nice and never overcrowded. The building management, including Ellaine, Myron, Tara , and Felix are the friendliest, most accommodating team you can ask for, and they make living at the Parker very enjoyable.<br><br>If you're looking in the area and you can afford it, just do it - its worth every penny.

  Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the apartments look nice and Maintenace guy is great but the perks stop there! Although the apartments look nice, they were made extremely cheap. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear your neighbors and have nothing done about excessive noise other than a 'warning' sent (which does absolutely). They can send 500 warnings and still won't actually do anything. Although there is a strict 4-person limit in 2 bedrooms, we had significantly more than that living above us with tenants who had large amounts of family and friends overfrequently and for hour on end causing excessive noise and disruption. Again, nothing done. It was an absolute nightmare to live here. I have a lot to say about Tara but will hold back - net, net she is bad at her job and cold. Also please note that they run promotions to write nice reviews on their site. You'll notice a lot of 5 stars for people who had a good touring experience or just moved in - not a lot from
