My girlfriend and I recently toured The Monarch and had an amazing experience. The building itself is beautiful, but what really made the visit stand out was Amanda, the Leasing Manager, who gave us a fantastic tour. She walked us through all the different amenities in detail and patiently answered every question we had.<br><br>Her warmth and friendliness made the whole experience so enjoyable. She knows the building inside and out, and it's obvious she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. I'd highly recommend Amanda to anyone touring The Monarch.

Everyone from the office is always willing to help, I've been here for 3 years now and I had no big issues with the building, every time I need something it gets done. Thank you Morgan, Mayra and Kamil for always being so helpful.

everyone is always so kind here and it's really clean. the leasing office is honestly great. amanda was/is so nice, responsive and extremely helpful through the whole experience.

I've really enjoy my experience living at the Monarch so far! The environment is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance if needed is also very responsive whenever something needs attention, which I really appreciate. Everyone I've met has been nice and friendly, making the community feel welcoming. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and look forward to continuing to call this place home!
