  Mike and Keena in leasing office are the absolute best ! Always professional and a pleasure to talk to! The whole team over at Reveal Hackensack have really gone above and beyond to make the property a great place to live at !

  I DO NOT ADVISE TO MOVE HERE. I've been living in this building for 3+ years since it was Avalon and they treated me way better than this new management company. The worst is that we don't have water pressure in our bathroom sink because supposedly they're pipeline isn't big enough to feed the whole building, second is that I'm paying for an outdated apartment which is $3,500 for a one bedroom loft because they would not switch us to they're renovated ones without bringing up the rent price more when they should prioritize their current old tents. STAY AWAY

  they do not care about residents. if you complain about something that is a problem they will pretend they care and then give you a quick fix but not solve the problem. after complain n they will act nasty and rude and some maintenance ppl will act like they don't see you if u complain about them after the fact.<br><br>I am afraid now to voice any concern as I believe I will be punished for it.

  They don't care about you. They will only care about your money. One of the elevators have been down for 2 weeks and they're not bothering to fix it. They close things for renovations but refuse to do anything that is required for the tenants. Do not be fooled by the nice external appearance of the building.

  Jennifer at the leasing office helped me with the tour and paperwork for getting my apartment. She made it very easy and she was very helpful. Top notch service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff, management and maintenance are very helpful. Apartment is beautiful. I might be here for a while. Thank you so much Jennifer. See her at the leasing office if you want a tour

  We just moved here a few months ago from Manhattan. From Day 1, we were met with Professionalism and Courtesyness. Mike and especially Alicia, the onsite Management Team have been Amazing! Every request was immediately handled. Our adjustment has been a smooth one because of the Reveal's commitment to their Tenants. If You are considering a move to Bergen County, Tour The Reveal.
