  I have been a Briarwood resident for the past 2 years. Overall my experience has been great. The super, Johny, and his team are very kind and responsive whenever I need any fixing in my apartment. I can count on him with any issues that may arise, and I know that he will respond quickly. They are often outside around 5-6am picking up any litter around the property, and making sure it is tidy. They are great!<br><br>Convenience:<br>1. The property has 2 laundromats outside, but it is only a short walk which is useful. You can use a physical laundry card or a mobile app to start your load. The mobile app tells you how long your machine has left.<br>2. There is a dunkin close by, which is about a 2 minute walk. There is also a close by Aldi supermarket, 711, and target all within short distance. Walking down towards main street or river street, you will find a Mcdonalds and the delicious + reputable White Manna burger restaurant which is family owned. Lastly, there is a small family owned

  Been living here for four years and I can say I am happy with the experience. It is a very quiet and safe area which I love and moving from New York that was exactly what I was looking for. The location is also great with close proximity to major highways such as RT4 & The Parkway.<br>The car charging station was a huge plus given I drive electric! This really made my life so much easier!<br>We haven't had any issues with bugs or mice so I'm immensely grateful for that! Packages are safe and honestly it's a great place to live.<br>I will say is that the laundry room could be better maintained. It is dusty and the machines look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. I bring Clorox wipes and wipe everything down before use for my peace of mind. Also, the washer machine are $3.75 which I find to be pricey for one wash and $0.50 for 14 mins of drying. I end up spending a minimum of $25-30 per weekly laundry day for just two people's worth of clothes.<br><br>Additionally, getting ou

  Jhonny, his team and management are great. Very responsive and respectful. We've been here going on 3 years and haven't had complaints. Any and all service requests made have been completed promptly.
