  I had a wonderful experience working with Kaitlyn Torres, Leasing Agent, in search of a new apartment at The Riello-- which was successful. Throughout our tour of several apartments, Kaitlyn was professional, organized, thorough, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions related to pricing, parking, and amenities without making me feel rushed. She helped me through their application process with Senior Management -- communicating clearly what was needed for my compliance. I highly recommend asking for Kaitlyn if you are looking for a new home at The Riello.

  I've been living at Riello for some time now, and I truly love this building. The community is wonderful, and the management team does an excellent job organizing events that bring residents together and make the building feel like home.<br><br>I especially want to recognize Nour for her outstanding work. She is always attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, she is responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.

  I've lived in several other buildings in Edgewater throughout yeas and what makes Riello special isn't just the building--it's the staff. I've seen other comments in here and I do have to agree , the staff here is always friendly and approachable, and the maintenance team is honestly one of the biggest reasons I enjoy living here. Unlike other places, here they WORK!!! They, respond quickly, and Timmy is beyond knowledgeable. This man never stops! He knows this place and knows his job, and does it well!! It's rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for, and that's what stands out to me most about Riello.

  Living in a building with over 200 apartments means that issues are bound to come up from time to time. What matters most is how they're handled. The staff here is absolutely incredible, in specific the Super of the building /maintenance team. They do an exceptional job. They are always responsive, hardworking, and genuinely care about the residents and the building.<br><br>No matter how busy they are, Timmy approaches every request with professionalism and kindness, and works hard to resolve problems as quickly as possible (which for us has ALWAYS been the same day or at most, the next day). Their dedication often goes unnoticed, but it makes a real difference in our daily live here. I want to thank them for everything they do to keep this place running smoothly.
