horrible experience. i made an appt for a tour and AI assitant keep messing me if im coming or not and i did answer that i am coming but later true agent start asking me if im really coming or not. that was my first impression. they dont welcome ur visit.

Husband and I called this place 3 times to request to schedule a tour. They dont answer calls, they have a call center that takes messages. No one ever calls back. Great first impression lol.

4 year resident. Great building to live in with spacious units, amenities, bus stop in front and many places within walking distance. Building manager Juan is great and attentive to tenants, concierge staff is also reliable.
