  Would not recommend this property to anyone. I had an extremely negative experience with the broker here--despite having a strong credit score and substantial income, my application was unreasonably denied. The decision felt questionable at best, and hard not to believe prejudice wasn't involved. After reading other recent reviews, it seems my experience may not be unique, which is concerning. We'll be taking our business elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and look for a property that treats prospective tenants with fairness and respect.

  Racist establishment. Went through massive hoops to apply for residence here and was judged by the broker the entire way. Even with a 700 credit score and minimal issues on credit it became very obvious they did not want my black wife and I to live in this property. Judging by the other reviews I am glad we are not going to live here

  I was very happy moving here until the noise from the restaurant next to the building started playing loud party music every weekend until after midnight. It has been very disturbing. I wish the management could help after the notice we sent, but so far, the music is still on every Friday and Saturday.<br><br>Update: the music from the restaurant is getting better after many residents reported to the police. But there is something worse and I am dropping my review to one after tolerating for half a year. There is a neighbor who smokes, uses drugs and host loud parties with ramdon people in to the apartment frequently, even at midnight. Police has come multiple times and this has been on for 7 months. I was hoping the management team would consider all the other tenants' wellbeing and enforce the rental policy which clearly forbids smoking and using drugs in the building. The smell goes through the air filter to everyone.

  Not a luxury building for the price - not even close. Horribly bad location in flood zone and across from the most pedestrian sandwich shop which creates a slew of issues for residents trying to park. Management/owners only concern is money. No sense of community - suggest Fort Lee or Weehawken for more welcoming environment. Giving a star out of respect for the porters and maintenance.
