  Disorganized place. Don't bother booking online; it doesn't seem to mean anything. Made appointments through their website, two days in advance, for two kid pedicures and one kid manicure. Got three confirmation emails, one per service. But when we showed up, all the technicians were busy with other, in-depth services. The tech only had one appointment for that time listed in her paper book, for a women's gel manicure.

  So happy with the technique they used to do my nails. I regret going to other places which were convenient for me bc of the distance but , since I found the Lulu nail salon,i won't change it and I won't go to other "scam" salon. Amazing job

  I made twice reservations and they canceled 30 mins before my reservation hours. Not once but twice!<br>I wish they didn't take my reservations from the beginning.<br>They were very packed and I feel like they didn't even care that I came for nothing.

We actually contacted you at 9:30 AM when we opened to let you know we needed to adjust your appointment time, but unfortunately the message wasn't seen before you arrived. When you came in, we explained the situation and offered a later time that same day. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustration.   Very kind to accommodate me the day of for a uv gel fill in. My tech had great attention to detail and even tidied the nails up after finishing, which I appreciated. Thank you!
