  I had previously gone to the Tenafly location and appreciated that they addressed concerns when results were not ideal. Unfortunately, my experience at the Fort Lee location was disappointing. I also found the repeated requests for tips uncomfortable, especially since there are already different prices depending on the payment method and customers are encouraged to send gratuities separately through Venmo or Zelle.<br><br>During my first appointment at the Fort Lee location, I was not fully satisfied with the fullness of the lashes. To address this, I paid an additional $20 for extra lashes, bringing my total to $150 before tip, yet I still left disappointed with the final result. For my return visit, I specifically requested a different technician. The inner corner of one eye was left noticeably sparse. When I pointed it out, only a couple of lashes were added, and the area still appeared unfilled. After my sister noticed the issue immediately afterward, I returned to the salon. Inste

  My eyelashes turned out so beautiful and I absolutely love them.<br>She worked quickly and was so kind throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!!

  BEWARE!! I've been getting my lashes done here for many times and I'm now really upset. I always set my appointments online or through phone call. I work night shift so I didn't see their confirmation text and email yesterday and did not respond. I didn't see the email until 10 PM last night, so it was already too late to respond too. They cancelled my appointment. I've made so many appointments on where I don't confirm so I don't understand why they would just cancel me like that ESPECIALLY since I'm a RETURNING customer. I always rave about my eyelashes to my family and friends and now I'm going to tell them not to come here anymore. Very disappointed because we are getting married tomorrow and now I have to find a last minute appointment. But I think I'm more disappointed that I won't be coming here anymore because they do good eyelashes.
