I've been going to this nail salon for over a year now. I've never had a bad experience there up until yesterday unfortunately. I came in for a builder gel pedicure and the woman who did my pedicure not only rushed through my service, but she was very dismissive. I had asked for a French design on the pedicure (which is something I always have came in for). When painting the French design on, I had told the woman that the line was too thick and didn't really have the arch I'd like it to have. She gave me a dirty look and continued to paint the other toes. I said something to her again in the nicest way possible regarding how she did the French and she got frustrated with me and told me she "didn't know" what I was asking for. Instead of asking another colleague for help, she aggressively placed my foot under the UV light. So thrilled to have found my new go to nail spot in Fort Lee! Anna's attention to detail is outstanding, and the gel mani/pedi was so thorough and relaxing. I got the cat eye polish and am absolutely obsessed with how it turned out. Anna even added some extra sparkle to give it a pop, she is truly an artist. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. She showed me some of the newest nail designs and helped me choose a style that suited me perfectly. Jenny was very detail-oriented and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. 1. Warning if you don't want dog hair on your clothes don't go here. The owner has a huge hairy dog that wonders about and sheds which is a health violation.<br>2. Cheap products. Then she charges extra for anything on top of the cheap products.<br>My gel manicure didn't last<br>Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere

There is a legitimate medical reason why I need my service dog with me while working. Under applicable laws, trained service dogs are permitted in businesses such as ours.
