  Finding Scott was like finding a needle in a haystack. He dedicated so much of his time to walking me through the distinct vibes of the various coastal towns, and I chose my lease entirely based on his deep local knowledge.   Scott was amazing to work with from start to finish. At our first meeting he came prepared with a full scale market analysis, which he used to carefully suggest a listing price.
