  Delmy from SELA Realty has been an exceptional property manager for St. George Apts. I have been a tenant for 2 years and have noticed significant changes and improvements in building maintenance, responsiveness to inquiries and apartment concerns, and seamless communication throughout my time here. I appreciate the building upkeep the most because I want to be proud of where I live, besides my own unit, and the building has constantly been clean, vacuumed, well-kept, smells good, and more considering how it used to be when I first moved in back in 2024. I can count on her to get things done and address any concerns in a timely fashion, which is hard to come across these days with other apartment buildings/property managers. If she is your property manager, I can attest and assure you you'll be in good hands. Thank you Delmy.

  Un ano ya desde que envie el money orders de $150 por concepto de deposito y nunca me devolvieron el cheque a mi nombre, esto debido a que el money orders lo colocaron a nombre de Tierra Vista (De Kissimmee) y cuando lo fui a cobrar nunca me lo pagaron, llame y me pidieron que lo enviara por correo, lo envie y ya ha pasado 1 ano y no me han emitido el cheque de $150 por un deposito que di para un apartamento que nunca habite y ese deposito era reembolsable y no me lo dieron y necesito mi dinero, he llamado muchas veces a Tierra Vista y nunca me dan solucion, debo demandar?

  Tower point circle apartments lake wales they are a horrible company they dont keep the complex clean and maintained, not even power wash the buildings shame its a beautiful place

  I would like to thank Delmy Balbuena for providing such an excellent and personalized service. She is knowlegable and easy to talk to while adhering to the building' rules. It is a really pleasure speaking with her. Really recommend her.
