In dire straits with a multitude of things to address, David Gossett was truthfully a God-send! He was the calm in the midst of the storm of having to move and not knowing where or how to start! It's been 10 years since I've had to even think about moving and suddenly I was facing it! But then I met David! After careful listening to what I was looking for and needed, he got to work! And he worked tirelessly arranging visits to listings that seemed to meet my needs or "must haves".<br>But , more than that, David also took an active part in examining each place we visited, pointing out the pros and cons of each place! He helped to evaluate each apartment to see if it would truly fit our needs, and discuss what things may present issues! He put his professional and experienced eyes to work critiquing not only the potential residence , but looking at the neighborhood from a safety perspective as well! I really don't know what I would have done without his help! It is with profound gratitud

No words could ever express what an amazing Realtor Dave is to all of his clients. He is the agent that goes above and beyond to support his clients before, during and even after the transaction has closed. Highly recommended! David went above and beyond to market and sell my elderly aunt's home. He was extremely thoughtful throughout the process, as this was a major move for my aunt who had been living comfortably in her home for 40 years. Not only did David tread carefully, but he was honest and sincere with in his efforts. He marketed the house strategically, resulting in a sale within four days. This is aside from the literal heavy lifting that he performed to make the house desirable. Thank you again, David! You are truly appreciated.
