  **Very disappointing experience**<br><br>My experience with this co-op was extremely frustrating, particularly when it came to communication and management. When I needed assistance regarding an issue after moving out, it took **weeks to receive a response**, and I had to call multiple times just to get someone to address my concerns. I found the lack of communication extremely disappointing.<br><br>The move-out process was also frustrating. There is a fee associated with moving outside of designated moving hours, and tenants are expected to carefully schedule their move. However, throughout the year, there was already padding on the elevator, which made the whole process feel unnecessarily complicated.<br><br>I also had concerns with the property's winter maintenance. There were times when the walkways were **not fully shoveled**, which was frustrating and made getting around the property more difficult during the winter.<br><br>Overall, I expected better communication, organization,

  Nicely maintained area just across the G.W bridge of NYC. Best of both world, Bus stop is right outside of my building - 401 Park place . I take bus to go to NYC and very convenient . I rent here and no issue at all so far, building is old but clean , management and 24 hour security are strict and keep place clean. Starbucks, 24 hours -CVS , H-mart , Chipotle just a few feet away. Every tenants gets a parking spot for a nominal yearly $300 fees. Best of both world here, you can take advantage of what NYC has to offer and yet drive your car to shopping area and grocery store in NJ.
