Since 2025, someone moved in to the building 2329 (could be 2 units). They smoke CIGARS inside the apartment building day and night. You can't open windows for fresh air. Reported to the building management office and got no response. Look elsewhere if you want to rent or buy apartments in these 3 buildings.

1. Very noisy and dusty. It is too close to the highway, so the room is always dusty. The apartment sound proof is bad, you can hear any noise from your neighbor up and down, left and right, even in the middle of night. People often move their furniture in the midnight. So imagine the noise<br><br>2. During the day time, the mower blow the loud machine for cleaning downstairs in your side of building. then in the afternoon, you will hear the same loud mower again across the the narrow street in the opposite side almost daily. The loud noise is excruciating. You can hardly have any peace and quiet time at home.<br><br>3. Important reminder: Before the tenant moves out, the management office asks you to make $250 move out deposit. The office promises you to refund to you several weeks after you move out. The tricky part is: It took me 6 months to get my move-out deposit back after making 6 phone calls, 4 emails and threat to sue them to the court. Otherwise, you will never get your refun
