This place is a disaster and never changes.<br>Heat/AC is weak in many buildings, staff is overworked and underpaid, there are constant leaks and floods in units, elevators constantly break, the board rigs elections and lie to the tenants. All the headaches come with a hefty maintenance fee on top of it all, even after owning the apartment.<br><br>In the picture below, the water damage that the unit above me caused due to bad plumbing.<br><br>Do not live here, do yourself the favor.

I have to agree with the other post with increased charges the same board and now if that's not enough they hired a new Doorman/woman<br><br>I don't know what to say if people can see through her I don't know fake phony definitely looks like she's there for a reason not just to work made me feel very uncomfortable and my brothers lived there a long time and just from her<br><br>I reconsidered and my husband said no way any other building then buying an apartment at horizon 3 .<br><br>she's European very fake and phony horizon how to get a lot classier people not gold diggers disguised as doormen ,, I thought horizon house 3 knew better

With pretty much the same Board voted in AGAIN, the monthly cost (before mortgages) has gone up an average of $400 per unit from December to January. Reconsider buying here. RE agents: skip these listings.
