  Proceed with EXTRA caution. Renters are drawn to rent units and this Cooperative due to its affordability relative to alternatives in Fort Lee. You will get what you pay for; a below substandard unprofessional, negligent, and discriminatory management and old, deteriorating and not well kept buildings, units and grounds. My child and I experience the works; 1) In our first year our bathroom ceiling fell completely apart do to leaking/flooding from the unit upstairs, which management offered little to no assistance in repairing 2) The trees hang over the parking lots so during storms they smash cars, which is what happened to mine during a Nor'Easter. The security guard on duty at the time reported it to management who did not notify myself or anyone of my car crushed by a tree limb. By the time I discovered it over 24 hours later (due to the storm) it was a total loss because of the internal water damage 3) They DO NOT manage packages well.
