  Where to start??? David Kwon is hands-down the best realtor my family has ever worked with--actually "partnered with" is a better term.<br><br>My family hired David to sell a home in Clifton, NJ and are so glad we did. David provided us with much needed advice on how to navigate this competitive market, improvements to the home that would help increase the asking price, and over the top customer service that we never expected. Some of the things he did for us was hire a contractor for the odd jobs and would visit the house at random hours to make sure it was always show ready. We all live a good distance from the home he was selling for us and he was able to be at the home to meet the contractors and anyone else that needed to do work on the home. We also had a snag with an oil tank in the ground but David handled ALL of it for us and we couldn't be happier. Did I mention he also got us $90k over asking?--in this market you need a realtor and one that is organized and David's your pers

  We recently had the pleasure of working with David during our search for a new home. From the very beginning, David was patient and understanding, listening to what we disliked and wanted in our new home. Our journey took longer than expected in this competitive market, yet he had a very positive outlook. David remained committed and supportive throughout the entire process.<br>Staying within our budget and finding a home in an area with a good school district were top priorities for us. David accompanied us to numerous open houses, waited in a line that felt like a mile long, and never pressured us to make an offer.<br>David is not just a realtor; he is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional who truly cares about his clients.   David is one of the best agents out there. He was so knowledgeable about the entire process and really took the time to explain each and every detail multiple times. With Dave, you get someone who is knowledgeable about the overall market, the specific/common home setups and issues, and someone who can help manage your highs and lows throughout the process. You won't find someone better to guide you through the home buying process and get you what you want!

  **Updated Review (2024)** David is still one of the best realtors around. When it was time for my husband and I to buy a house, we had a long wishlist and set budget. David gave us sound advice to level set our expectations and helped us navigate the tough pandemic market to land us a great house in a fantastic town. Most importantly, he knew exactly how to best position our offer to be competitive, tweak the offer to gain an edge over the others, which then ultimately led to our offer being accepted. We've been in our new home for a few years now and feel so lucky we are here.<br><br>Original Review (2017): Earlier this year, my fiance and I decided to move to New Jersey after he accepted a position at a new company (and realized that a daily commute from Queens to Bergen county was not going to work).   It's been over 3 years working with David for my rental property. David totally lifted up the burden of finding a decent AND qualified tenants in such a short turnaround that I don't stress anymore when the lease is up. He handles any issues in a professional and objective manners between the tenant and the owner. I plan to stick with David as I totally trust him! Thank you David! :)
