    You should Only live here if you are currently homeless living in the street. Everything else is better than this

    I am a current resident. I moved into this complex less than a month ago.<br>1) It was advertised as having parking onsite. I inquired about it and got confirmation that it has a designated parking space. In fact, my lease document states that I have a reserved parking space at a cost of $75.<br>After signing the lease agreement, I received keys and a parking permit and moved in. Only after that, I was notified that they don't have a parking space for me, and I will have to park on the street. This was a deceptive advertisement. I would have never signed the lease doc if I had known that the apartment unit does not come with a parking space. Every few days, I must go out, and park at a different place because Leonia doesn't permit a car, parked at one place for more than a few days. There are no nearby private garages where I can purchase a spot. They violated the lease agreement because the lease agreement states that they must give me one calendar month notice to take away the parkin

    Great place to live. They are in the process of updating all apartments and grounds. Loved living here.
