From the day I scheduled my appointment to view the apartment until move-in, Ridegtop Leonia Manor has been very professional and helpful. Andrew and Eloy keep the property immaculate and handle any maintenance requests as quickly as they can. Glad we are now living in Leonia Manor.

Booked a tour for a 1bedroom apartment for this place. A worker called me back and stated that it is against state law to have 3 occupants in a 1 bedroom. There is no such state law. They are just trying to make more money by spreading misinformation. I will be reporting this to the State of NJ. Again NO STATE LAW states that 3 occupants are not allowed to live in a 1 bedroom. This is a housing discrimination based on family size.<br><br>Update: Reached out to the state after the response from leonia manor. Their response is a misrepresentation of the act they are mentioning and said HUD will be looking into this discrimination. The actual law is below.<br><br>This response confirms they are misrepresenting state law to enforce an illegal policy.They are referencing the New Jersey Truth in Renting Act, but they are twisting what it actually says. The Truth in Renting Act is simply a state law requiring landlords to distribute a booklet detailing tenant rights. It does not give landlord

This is a gem of an apartment in northern NJ. Discovered this property almost by accident 2 years ago while I was searching for a place to move in from NYC, and have been loving it ever since. Leonia itself is a unique place to be in next to Palisades Park and Fort Lee, both a bit more crowded and more urban; it provides a much more relaxed feel, small town atmosphere, and above all a safe neighborhood.<br><br>The property provides a professional management, and the upkeep is top-notch. They maintain a pristine landscape, and buildings and other structures are very well cared for. All renovated units have dark hardwood floor throughout, in-unit washer and dryer, and a reverse-osmosis water purifier.<br><br>Location-wise, you can't beat having CVS and post office just across the street. There is also plenty of green space in the neighborhood to walk to, and you can hop on bus to NYC from just across the street.<br><br>If you are in the market for an apartment, this should be on your lis

Andrew the super is fantastic. I have requested several times to ask why our building 405 Broad Avenue has NO working doorbell for the front door? Friends pound my window, call on my cell. Flower delivery call their stores to have them call me. Major inconvenience<br>When I ask when will it be fixed, I get no answer.
