Absolutely horrible since new management took over in mid 2025. Previous management (Westminster) was good, responsive, and personable. New management is the absolute worst. If you want consistent heat, hot water, or cold water for that matter, don't come here. New management thinks its perfectly fine to routinely shut off water service to the entire 160 unit property so they can renovate their apartments for turnover. The only thing they are good for is raising rent and a bad attitude when PAYING tenants have complaints. Future renters be warned. (Long time tenant, but not for much longer).

Frank is awesome. He responds to our maintenance request with such urgency and make sure the job is done. He has made living at the Lakeview Apartment easy for us. Lakeview is lucky to have him. Thank you Frank!
