  If u thinking about moving here DONT DO IT the maintenance it's Super trash building 45 hallways walls are broken the floors are dirty I been trying to get maintenance to come fix my broken bath room ceiling for 2 weeks now & still haven't had an answer the apartment getting flooded and nobody cares I will be taking this matter to court because it's Unacceptable I have water leaking from the bedroom & bathroom ceilings I made my videos for proof I wish I can post videos

  I have lived at this property since 2012 and have been very happy here. The apartments are spacious with big bay windows and large closets. The property is quiet, and maintenance is always quick to respond. There are plenty of nearby stores like ShopRite, CVS, and Walgreens, as well as a bus stop.<br><br>Recently, I wanted to upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment and ran into a few challenges. Michael went above and beyond, he guided me through the process, kept in constant communication, and really made me feel supported. Thanks to his help, I was able to get approved and secure my new apartment.<br><br>I am very grateful to Michael for making the transition smooth, I think the property is lucky to have someone so dedicated on their team.

  I have been living at Mount Pleasant Village apts for over 3 yrs now.<br>I had my 1st encounter with the property manager Marc Diggs.<br>I can't say enough about him!<br>Answered all my Emails ASAP.<br>His professionalism and mannerism was amazing,<br>As well as getting to what needed to get done. ASAP!<br>He made everything easy and did so in a timely and prompt manner!<br>Can't thank him enough!<br>Bravo and Good job Marc!<br>Thank you again!
