Marolyn Rodriguez was amazing throughout my entire apartment search and leasing process. From day one, she was always available to answer my questions, kept me updated, and made everything so much easier than I expected. They do not maintain the apartments. No maintenence on site, and could take a few weeks before you see anyone. The only upside is underneath parking and it is a dead end.

I've had nothing but a great experience with Marolyn Rodriguez as our property manager. She's always quick to respond, super helpful, and makes sure any issues get taken care of right away. Marolyn is easy to talk to and really cares about the tenants. Living here has been stress-free thanks to her. Highly recommend!

Marolyn has been a refreshing addition to the previous property managers. Polite, prompt, and informative. Polar opposite of what we were forced to deal with unfortunately. In any case, easy to communicate with and understanding.
