  Renters BEWARE! One of the WORST rental properties I've EVER encountered in my life! Building exteriors and interiors are dilapidated, outdated and in complete disarray. Hallways are rarely cleaned; carpets and floors are always dirty with stains and garbage throughout. Lightbulbs within buildings are always burning out; takes maintenance FOREVER to change out, leaving building hallways in complete darkness which causes issues for visually impaired, and disabled residents. Washing machines and dryers are always breaking down, and takes them forever to get fixed. Entrance doors to building are always broken and won't close properly, leaving tenants vulnerable to theft or injury from unsuspecting assailants. Contact for landlord or property managers are non existent, so you can't relay the issues directly to them, only maintenance. You contact maintenance for routine repairs and they either ignore your request, or do terrible shoddy work that doesn't fix the problem, causing bigger issue

  The most detrimentally rude management to exist. Christina provides no help to any questions and instead responds in the most unprofessional attitude. I asked to speak with her manager, she replies: "i have a manager but you are not allowed to speak to him."<br>this township neglects their tenants needs and requests.<br>MOVE YOUR MONEY SOME PLACE ELSE. These people will not have any respect for you and they are just money hunger which is why they have neglected their tenants in the past about COCKROACHES, WATER LEAKAGE, RANDOM WATER SHUT OFFS, MICE!!!, and MOLD!!!! They are losing tenants day by day. I am getting the hell out of this township and are so many other people due to the treatment.<br>(Also just another thing that's added to this awful township is the parking. They will park your care without any notice, you cannot have visitors or their cars will be towed. It is 1 bedroom apartment per a parking spot. So if you have kids, save them the trouble by moving out because they def
