  Sunil was such a pleasure to work with and relieved so much stress off my fiance and I when finding an apartment to rent. He worked around our schedule to get us the apartment and basically got the work done overnight and did it seamlessly. I would recommend him to anyone else I know looking for a place in the area, he did a great job and was very trust worthy!

  What an incredible experience it was to work with Sunil to rent our first apartment. He responded immediately after I sent out the inquiry, was extremely flexible regarding our busy schedules, and got us approved and prepared the paperwork overnight. It was seamless and relieving as we were short on time and our other plans had fallen through. While we didn't have much experience, Sunil reassured us of how great the property and owner is and he was absolutely right, we are so happy with it. Overall, Sunil is very warm-hearted, caring, and respectful. He gave great advice and treated us as if we were family, I can't imagine running into a better realtor.

  We can't speak highly enough about Sunil Mehta. We met Sunil by pure luck when he responded to us through an inquire we placed on a house online. We knew right away he was the realtor for us, he was an easy going and kind person. We were first time home buyers with little knowledge of the home buying process. Obviously, new to the experience we were filled with tons of questions which he gladly welcomed and if he didn't know he would find out. He was very informative about every house we visited. He would share his opinion with us on each of the properties, but never forced us into picking one. He was very flexible with our schedules and always willing to work with us. When we decided on a home he was with us every step of the way. His communication and responsiveness were incredible. He knew how to support us when dealing with so many parts of the process. Sunil also shared his contacts with us (lawyer, lenders, inspector, etc.) who we ended up choosing as well. I have nothing but gre

  Throughout the process of purchasing my home Sunil has always been on top of everything making sure any issues have been solved along the way. Since day one he has always gives you updates and makes sure he is with you the whole time invade of any questions you may have. He is very sincere and helpful with any tips you need even if it is your first time buying a home like myself. I would definitely recommend Sunil to all friends and family that seek to purchase a home.
