Joe of NJ Joe Group is not your average kind of Joe, he is different, in fact he is an exceptional realtor!<br><br>No pandemic stopped him from helping us find our dream home. In the midst of social distancing, he made virtual tour seamless which saved us valuable time in our selection process. Actually, that is how we found out about him, thru his 360' videos on YouTube. And when we've finally trimmed down our prospects, he walked through each of them with us and was accommodating of our schedule since we were from out of state. Given his years of experience in real estate, we got sound advice in weighing our pros and cons. Not once did we feel pressured to put in an offer until we're ready. And when we were, he represented us strategically and got our offer accepted against higher bids, we were told. I don't have a good experience with working with him. If he knows that you like the house, then he'd ask you to put more offer and he'd even lie to you that there is an bid going on so you should put a bigger offer to get the house. I personally experienced it! Also, if you find problem with cracked driveways and want to talk to the seller about it before closing, Joe would tell you he'll fix the driveway for you and he won't talk to the seller to get some arrangement to do the driveway and once that deal is closed, he just vanishes. He don't keep his promises to the clients. I had very bad experience with him.
