  I can see clearly now!!! Thanks to Wendy and the team at Morillo Eye Center at Hackensack, super helpful warm and extremely patient with me as I wear contacts for the for time!!

  I was in a contact crisis where I had actually no contacts left and the one I was wearing had just ripped. It was Friday at 6 o'clock before Labor Day weekend. I called them and I spoke to Denise at the front desk. She asked my prescription and information she told me they close at 6:00 but to come right away. The manager would stay past closing so I ran over there and Wendy the optical manager was so amazing to work with. She gave me a pair of contacts and solution and no charge. Talk about a lifesaver on Labor Day weekend!!!!! Absolutely a pleasure to work with and I will be going to them again.

  I saw Dr. Gendy today day I was recommended by my coworkers to take my kids to her she was so precise and explained everything making sure I understood I made an appointment for myself the staff was super nice they were so patient with me being so undeceive besides that i was in and out in no time my I was happy with my visit

  My visit itself wasn't bad very pleasant and so was the physician. However, they prescribed eye drops and informed me that they would send them to Walgreens. A month later, I never heard from the pharmacy. I gave the office a call to follow up on the prescription. They were clueless as to why I haven't received a call. Multiple follow-up calls were made from my end after being told someone would call me. Please don't waste your time here. Overall, the appointment visit was not bad but customer service is terrible. Please don't expect a call back if they say they will call you back, either you call them or you won't hear back from them at all.

  If you think you have an EYE INFECTION, DONT GO HERE! Or you WILL be misdiagnosed.. Just go straight to the optometrist! Otherwise she's probably good for BASIC eye care, like eye glasses.<br>Oh & one more thing, Eye doctors should NOT have POINTY fake nails! Just a suggestion!!

  Unfortunately, I have to inform people of a scam being run from Morillo eye center. I received an eye exam here, and once I got my prescription for lenses, I gave the prescription to the young man at the desk who sits in front of the shelves where the frames are kept.<br><br>Now, before scheduling the eye exam, I had to provide Morillo Eye Center with my insurance information. Additionally, the young man looked up my insurance information at the laptop he was using.<br><br>So, when I gave the Rx to the young man, he quoted me a price of $90 for standard progressive lenses to be put into my frames.<br>I called my insurance and found out that standard progressive lenses should cost me $50. So I asked my insurance why Morillo Eye Center told me standard progressive lenses will cost me $90, and they said that was incorrect. Specialized progressive lenses cost $90.<br>So I went back to Morillo Eye center, and I asked for my prescription. Once I had the Rx in my hand, I told the young that h
