WARNING<br><br>The doctors here are attentive, professional, and genuinely good at what they do. The doctor's pre-eye exam assistants are also pleasant to work with. That part of the practice is solid.<br><br>Where things fall apart is the front desk and ordering side. As a new patient needing contacts, I was a box short on supplies for one eye so I was directed to the ordering department staff. Instead of reviewing my file or asking basic questions, the person handling my order jumped straight into trying to sell me a larger supply before reviewing my chart instructions. I'd only tried lenses for about three days and was a first time lens wearer. I had to explain that new patients need a trial period before committing to a bigger order because perhaps she doesn't know this? Once fully explaining, she then informed me that she'd call another office to check supplies and would contact me the next day but, I had a sense that, that wasn't going to really happen.<br><br>After that, getting
