Absolutely miserable living here. The rooms are very little closet.space and barely enough space for one person's clothes and personal belongings. The materials used for the screens, walls and floors are cheap and flimsy. I dread the damage charges I will be billed for when I finally leave even though I am very clean and responsible with floor coverings and avoid placing anything near the walls. There are no amenities for the high rent..you are on your own with your packages natter how big and heavy they may be. also get nasty emaila about my rent being past due when I pay my rent at least 5 to 10 days early. The worst is that your cell phone is the only way to enter the building and your apartment.. no key fob or pass code as backup. So you better have at least 2 working cell phones just in case something happens to your phone..planning on leaving as soon as my lease is done.

The Meridia/Garfield Management Team truly puts their residents first. Helen and her staff make it a priority to build genuine, professional relationships with their tenants and work alongside us to ensure our needs are heard and addressed.<br><br>Their dedication to their work is truly rare. Helen's team is responsive, efficient, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action quickly, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure their residents are well taken care of.<br><br>I also want to give a special shoutout to Marinella, the wonderful member of the housekeeping staff. Marinella takes tremendous pride in her work and keeps Meridia looking brand new with her exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. Each morning when I go for my jog, I run into Marianela in the lobby. By 6:30 AM not only is the lobby clean, but it smells as if it was newly constructed. She greets me with a warm smile What an absolutely wonderful way to start each and every day. The building is exceptionally maintained. It looks brand new each and every day as there is never a stain or marking to be found anywhere and her personality is truly amazing. It gives the Building a personal field of warmth and makes it feel like home. I love that I chose this building and seeing Marianela each day reminds me that I made the right choice.
