  I am so happy that I chose to make River Edge in Garfield my new home. From the very beginning, Chris and the management team made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Scheduling a viewing was convenient and worked perfectly with my schedule, and communication throughout the entire process was excellent.<br>I had the opportunity to view the apartment before everything was completed, and I shared some of my preferences and concerns. I appreciate a home that feels fresh and well-maintained, so I requested details such as fresh caulking, sealed liners, and attention to the finishing touches. When I returned to see the completed apartment before placing my deposit, I was honestly speechless.<br>The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The apartment had been beautifully refreshed with a professional paint job, updated painted professionally painted doors and trim, high-quality caulking, brand-new flooring, and even new carpeting throughout.   We just signed our lease at River Edge for the third year. We have rented throughout Passaic and Bergen counties and this has been my best renting experience in the last nearly decade. Mike is communicative and professional, Chris is not only a kind and genuine person but is prompt and efficient with any and all requests for maintenance. The building is clean, the grounds are perfectly manicured, the neighbors are quiet and friendly. We plan to stay here for the foreseeable future and would recommend renting here to anyone.

  I just want to give a shout out to Chris, the building super. He is phenomenal and always takes care of things very quickly.....even after hours, like this past Friday. I've lived in apartments for 30 years and have never had someone so willing to go above and beyond. Thank you, Chris!!!

  I am not yet a resident but have been trying to contact someone for a tour of this property.<br>No one has returned any of my calls and no one answers the phones. If could have someone from the residence respond to this review it would be greatly appreciated.

  Horrible Management, Stay away you will regret your stay.<br>Mike(Manager), is a child that doesn't care about any of the tenants. Requests take months to get it done.<br>Management under Mike Van Cleef shouldn't operate this properties, horrible service! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN...
