Had a 9:30a showing, which was confirmed bt their "ai" a day before.<br><br>Showed up 10mins before 9:30a and the leasing office is closed. Phoned them and the "ai" answered. Left at 10a without a confirmed appointment.<br><br>If this is the service one get when THEY want MONEY in, what can one expect when dealing with repair calls?<br><br>Price tag seems to hide the the lack of class and respect onw would expect at said price tag.

It's been a great experience so far but I don't understand how the elevators could be that slow , you would think your reaching the 100th floor & is still stuck on the first...

I love this apartment.<br>The best thing is the location. The bus to New York City is also right in front of you, and it's very convenient to travel within New Jersey. It's nice that the neighborhood is very quiet and well-equipped. And the people who work in the apartment are very kind.

Nice apartment, attentive staff, easy walking distance to downtown Hackensack. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the frequent police and fire sirens and the occasional elevator issues. We've been here 6 years with no plans to move anytime soon.
