Dr. Islam is the man, he's very understanding and prescribed the antibiotics I needed to treat my condition. His staff is also very friendly. Parking is convenient nearby, but limited to an hour. Usually a visit doesn't take too long, so that's fine. I highly recommend PromptMD and Dr. Islam! Thank you again

Very disappointing experience. PromptMD charged us $145 even though our insurance plan has no deductible and our actual patient responsibility should have been only $50. They later billed our insurance as well, but they still have not refunded the overcharged amount.<br><br>We contacted the office multiple times, but the issue has not been resolved. Very frustrating and unprofessional billing experience. I would strongly recommend checking your insurance benefits carefully before paying anything at this location.
