  Horrible front desk mannerism. Went in to check in said hello. No response from either workers in the front i start to check in and they were able to tell me that it will be a two hour wait. Telling me that was not an issue but greeting me back was. Not professional at all it's the peak of flu season i don't think people like that should be in healthcare. I'm in healthcare and would never ignore a patient. Not acceptable. I politely turned around and left.

  After a rocky first visit and due to a misunderstanding things turned out for the best . My wife was refused a physical for her Autistic step son and the next day I went back extremely angry. After talking to the day shift head of nursing things began to smooth out a bit and was told to bring him back and they would see if they could do the physical. Lo and behold an hour later I get a phone call from the owner of the facility who also owns 8 to 12 other urgent care facilities. He was very concerned about the issue at hand and he assured me that he would take care of it at first I just assumed it was lip service but then he actually did he went out of his way to make an appointment to have my stepson taking care of and his physical done. He kept in constant contact with us until it was taken care of and he really showed concern and empathy for our situation. He did not have to do that he could have just left things alone and let us figure it out on our own but he went the extra mile an
