    I ordered pick up for lunch, but when I got to the restaurant the door was locked, lights were dark, and it didn't look like anyone had been there. I waited outside for about 15 minutes until a worker from the restaurant next door came over and told me that no one had been in today and they sometimes close randomly. What? Why?<br><br>So if you want to go, plan to eat in person. The restaurant may be closed but at least you won't have to go through disputing the charge with your credit card

    I placed an order for pick up on grubhub at 11am. It says to pick up at 11:20/30. I get there at 11:26am, the door is open but the place is dark. Their worker had no idea where their boss/ manager was. He had no idea what was going on. On grubhub it says they open at 11am and on Google it says the same thing as well. I called the store later on, the lady picks up and says they are open at 11:30. I told her I was there at 11:30 and as the conversation goes she says she was running late today. She kept lying about the store hours and saying she doesn't see my order, but she knew what my exact order was. Very unprofessional and very disappointed because I enjoyed their food. But very unreliable.

    I absolutely love the food here!! The staff are always super welcoming and the food never disappoints. I wish I lived closer since i'm always craving their bulgogi wrap!
