I recently had the pleasure working with Sharleen Yuan on selling our unit. I must say, it was an outstanding experience. She is very sincere and professional to help us selling our unit. She is the best agent I ever have.<br>From the initial consultation, she took the time to go through the selling process with us. To help us understand the local real estate market and the trends that influence property values. She provided us with a thorough market analysis, setting a realistic expectations for the sale price and timeline. Besides that, she also gave us lots of good advices on how to decorate or staging our unit to make it look more attractive.<br>In addition, since we were out of town, she also did lots of favor to help us decorate and staging our unit. She worked with building management team to arrange open house. Her team also took lots of amazing pictures to show our home in the best possible way. Sharleen Yuan is very good at what she does. As my rental agent, she listens to my specific needs very carefully (within 50 mins commute to Manhattan, a safe community with proximity to grocery as well as day care, a place big enough for a family with kid, pets and parents etc. ) and is able to quickly identify places that match my needs very well and within my budget. I was able to find a place for my family in just one weekend's visit to the places that she recommends and I had such a difficult time to choose the final one because her recommendation are all so good!! It is such a smooth and efficient process that I am extremly satisfied with. Sharleen is very professional that she puts clients' financial interest before her own and finding the best home for you is her ultimate goal. I would recommend Sharleen to any one looking for a place in NJ. If I decide to leave my current rental and buy a house, I would definitely reach out to Sharleen again as well.

Sharleen helped us sell our home in jersey city. Couldn't recommend her highly enough, we were very fortunate to have a realtor like her to help us through the whole selling process during the pandemic!<br>She's very knowledgeable of the market and all parts of the home buying/selling process.
