  We were looking for a long time for the home in the Leonia/Englewood area. We could not find what we wanted and when we did it was priced way over market. When we came to Nel Schmidt she made us feel confident again. In only two weeks she showed us three properties in the area, one of which was perfect. She negotiated the price to where we neeeded to be and we closed in 30 days. We are so happy we were led to her. We are very to be writing this well deserved review.

  Nelly is a real estate agent extraordinary. When other say they can't, she makes it happen. If you want to buy the best, you need to rely on the best. I would not think of using anyone else in this tough NJ market.

  We highly recommend Nel Schmidt as the real estate broker to connect with if you are buying or selling in Bergen County. We worked with her on tow occasions and could not have asked for better representation. Especially when we were looking for a NYC view near the GWB. She found exactly what we were looking for when everyone said we were dreaming.

  We just closed on our Ft Lee apartment last week. Nelly was awesome from beginning to end. If we ever decide to sell and upgrade she will get the listing and the safe of our new place. We were very impressed.
