Absolutely incredible mechanic for my smart car! Very patient and very honest. Fixed all he could and then had me take my car to dealership because he wasn't confident about one aspect of my old smart car. Very giving with his time. John is friendly and Vatch is friendly and experienced and attentive to detail<br><br>Much better than my last mechanic that was impatient and just seemed to want my money

This is my first and last time with this so called mechanic.<br><br>I brought my Mini in for a clutch issue and this was hands-down one of the worst car repair experiences I've ever had. From the start, I was told multiple times over the phone that the car was "ready," only to show up and be told it was still the same -- or that I just had to "get used to it." This went on for weeks.<br><br>The work started with replacing the clutch slave cylinder (first an aftermarket part, then a genuine Mini part), then the master cylinder. I paid $780, yet the clutch pedal STILL didn't feel right and the car struggled to engage gears. Each time I test-drove it and pointed out the problems, I was told the system was "perfect," only for the mechanic to admit it wasn't properly bled.<br><br>To make matters worse, the car was returned dirty, damaged, and poorly installed: they CUT the carpet to complete the master cylinder install. Such a nice guy. Came in with a fan problem. Even though he was full, the owner quickly checked out my car. Found it to be a small relay issue and took care of it on the spot. Checked my battery to make sure it wasn't drained and then sent me on my way. Highly recommend.
