Best guys who genuinely care about the wellbeing of you and your car!! Got off several times with no labor charge after they couldn't find a small issue with my car, and after I drove 1,000 miles back home from college with a rusted frame, they called me to make sure I made it back safe. Absolutely could not recommend these guys more, best place for people (especially women) to go to feel safe from scams and incompetence!!

These guys tightened the absolute living hell out of my oil filter. Or didn't oil the gasket. Either way it cannot be removed.

I cannot recommend HIOS Mechanics enough. My Genesis had a flat tire, and the specific tire I needed was on back order everywhere. We are a one-car family, and as a mom who relies on my car for carpools, I was really stressed.<br><br>Genesis was not helpful and simply blamed Michelin for the back order. They told me the tire would have to be shipped from California and would not be available for at least three days.<br><br>HIOS had the tire available within 12 hours and even charged me less than what they originally quoted. Johny and his brother-in-law Victor were genuinely some of the most honest mechanics I have ever dealt with. They were kind, reliable, transparent, and went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it.<br><br>They absolutely gained a loyal customer through this experience. Highly recommend.

Oil change was good...<br><br>However they said I had a $3000 brake booster issue with my Prius and they stringed me along for 2+ months saying the part was on backorder.<br>Went to the dealership and the issue wasn't even the brake booster pump. It was a $400 fix.<br><br>Don't go here thinking you'll save money over the dealer. Thought they were honest based on reviews but not my experience at all.
