  Words cannot describe how helpful and enjoyable it was to work through this home search process with Michael. We were moving from out of state and did not have much familiarity with the towns in Bergen County. Micheal listened to what we were looking for and immediately knew what worked for us. He was very patient during this long process, extremely knowledgeable of the pro and cons of each town, and always accessible. He was always direct and honest with opinion truly focused on his making the right decision/not rushing into any transaction. Given his tenure in the business, Michael knew everyone in the other side (selling brokers) and was invaluable during the inspection and negotiation process with an extensive network of experts/tradesmen. We could not have been served any better and highly recommend Michael and his team.

  "The Kolsky Team" are the professionals you are looking for !! Mike is the Guy! We had an amazing experience with Mike helping us Rent our Huge Home. This statement comes with experience as First we had a different reality team and they really could not do much, Hence we read a lot of reviews and decided to go with "The Kolsky Team" Once contacted in no time Mike called us ( prudence and prompt reply was the key ) AS that proved that Client is important ! We arranged a meeting he was at our Home early morning and so confidently guided us , gave us tips etc The Handwork Mike puts in a Listing is incredible... He religiously shows the listing every week sometime twice a Week and thats where continuity of showings began which is a must in Real estate no matter its selling a home or renting. Every time he showed the house to a client he gave immediate feedback.
