  I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with this realtor. I contacted Halley to request basic information about a studio apartment in a co-op, and her attitude was dismissive and inappropriate. She did not ask any qualifying questions and instead refused to provide information outright. The interaction felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. I would not recommend working with her, and Coldwell Banker should be aware of how this reflects on their firm and take immediate action.

  Thanks for your feedback... I did not prevent you from viewing the property. I provide all applicants with detailed requirements up front as this is a co-op and requires approval. The same information is provided to all potential applicants. Everyone is treated professionally and provided with the same information. I am always happy to help.

  If I could give Halley Natkin more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! She is top-notch in every way -- knowledgeable, reliable, and always going the extra mile for her clients. She kept me informed every step of the way, resolved challenges quickly, and put in so much extra work behind the scenes to make the process smooth.<br>What truly sets her apart is her dedication. Even while I was overseas, she was there for me -- helping with tenants, watching over the apartment, and handling things most agents would never take on. Her professionalism, experience, and genuine care are unmatched.<br>She is truly amazing, goes above and beyond in everything she does, and is someone you can completely trust. I couldn't have asked for a better agent -- highly, highly recommend!

  It is a tough market out there for buyers, but Gang was very patient in helping us find the right property. We eventually settled on a multi-family, but it was quite a complicated deal and we didn't have much time. Gang worked through all of the issues, without his knowledge and experience I am convinced the deal would have fallen apart. Thanks Gang!

  Halley was simply amazing as our agent. Her knowledge and experience working as a realtor in our area for many years made our sale smooth and headache free. She is attentive, responsive, friendly and professional at the same time. We wouldn't be able to imagine a better agent than Halley and would use her as our first and only choice every time and that's why she comes highly recommended.

  Halley is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She provided excellent advice on pricing and the overall market situation. She marketed our apartment well, using an experienced photographer to create an appealing listing and also sent out a postcard with property description to everybody in the neighborhood. Halley is a very busy agent, but she was tireless with showings, immediately responded to texts and has time to discuss the status and to make suggestions for the next steps. But what really makes her different and special is that she is a kind person: When I wasn't sure that we made a right decision about turning down an offer, she spent time talking to me and explaining why it was the best approach. There are many other examples!<br>Halley sold our apartment and shepherded it through the complexities of the Coop approval process. I feel lucky that we chose Halley.

  I just completed a real estate transaction with Halley and things could not have gone better. I have worked with many real estate agents over the years but none as good as Halley. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her properties, competent and very quick to get back to you, always with the right answer. I would strongly recommend working with Halley if you have the chance. I know I will for my future real estate needs.
