Joe is incredible. Not only is he excellent at diagnosing and fixing appliances, but he is reliable and communicative, giving accurate arrival windows and notifications that he is on his way. He has helped me out twice and is very quick, accurate, and fair. I cannot recommend Joe enough.

Joe from Excellentech was incredibly helpful repairing our washing machine. He was able to diagnose our problem (a leak in the feeding tube), order the new part and come back and replace it, all in a matter of a few days. He also shared some helpful resources for go-forward upkeep. Very professional, friendly and efficient.<br><br>If you're looking for appliance repairs in North Jersey this is the place to start!

My old dryer stopped working and called up Joe to attempt to fix. He came in, diagnosed in less than 20 min and managed to repair it all in less than 45 min. His service is superb, very courteous , detailed and will answer all your questions. He's extremely efficient and will be as honest as anyone can be. Thank you very much for your help and I'll be sure to rely on you in the future!

Joe is the best in the business. As my appliances age and break down, I am left with the decision to try and fix it or buy something new. I had a recent terrible experience with another appliance repair company. They straight out took my money because the appliance went back to being inoperable the next day. Joe has saved more than a few appliances for me. He is professional, honest, and can get the job done. He just repaired an appliance that still has life in it when no one else had a clue what to do.
